Global Top 10 Best Performing Android Devices, December 2025

In the blink of an eye, 2025 has come to an end, and the Android performance rankings for December have arrived as scheduled.
With the gradual popularization of Qualcomm and MediaTek's new-generation flagship processors across major flagship devices, the current Android flagship performance rankings have become dominated by these two "newcomers".
Naturally, there are objective differences in the performance tuning of different products. This ranking may serve as a reference for the theoretical performance of various devices.

AnTuTu’s Rankings:
First, a reminder: AnTuTu’s rankings are based on the average of all the benchmarking scores from the devices tested during the month, not the highest score. This means the score you see may differ from what the manufacturer claims or from some screenshots you see online. We believe that the average score provides a more reliable reference for evaluating performance.
Devices with fewer than 1,000 valid benchmark results are excluded from the monthly rankings. Devices not appearing on the list are likely excluded due to insufficient valid benchmarking data. You can search for the specific device model in the AnTuTu app to check the relevant performance data.
The devices listed on the rankings represent the highest-performing configurations within each model. If a device lacks a higher score, it could be due to insufficient benchmarking for the higher-spec configuration.
AnTuTu scores are not fixed. The results can be influenced by various factors like device temperature, usage conditions, and system version.
Scores between V10 and V11 are not comparable. The scoring systems differ significantly between the two versions, and AnTuTu only supports comparisons within the same version.
The data for this ranking is collected from regions outside of mainland China, between December 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
