Qualcomm S4 Pro APQ8064 is a quad-core CPU released in 2012. It adopts 28nm manufacture procedure and integrated Adreno 320 graphic chip, which makes it has great advantages in graphics. Nearly all the top-ranked mobile phones get about 20,000 scores. The gaps among them are small. One thing to note here is that Google Nexus 4 (ranked 9th), though it adopts Qualcomm S4 Pro APQ8064 as well, the default ultra-conservative temperature protection makes its score lower than others.

ASUS PadFone 2: Best in overall performance. Own mobile phone and tablet at the same time.

Xiaomi MI 2: Most popular mobile phone in China. Ranked first on AnTuTu World Rank for a long time after overclocking.

Sharp Aquos Phone Zeta: Best performance mobile phone in Japan.

Pantech Vega R3: Not only performed well in performance, but also exceeded Samsung in Hot Rank of Korea.

HTC Droid DNA: The best product of HTC in 2012.

The next are Samsung Galaxy Note II (ranked 7th) and Lenovo K860i (ranked 8th). They adopts Samsung Exynos 4412, 1.6GHz CPU. Exynos 4412 is based on Cortex-A9 with 32nm manufacture procedure. It integrated a 400MHz Mali-400MP GPU. The overall performance is much more balence and got about 17,000 in AnTuTu Benchmark. Mobile phones ranked from 10 to 15 mainly adopt Samsung Exynos 4412 CPU with the same structure. The only difference is, it is 1.4GHz frequency.

Samsung Galaxy Note 2: Perfect product in large screen mobile phones.

Google Nexus 4: Most cost efficient mobile phone in 2012 if can purchase in original price.

The rest bottom-ranked mobile phones adopt NVIDIA Tegra 3, 1.5GHz CPU. This CPU is based on Cortex-A9 and adopts TSMC 45nm manufacture procedure. It is the first quad-core CPU in the world. Because its release time is earlier than any other quad-core CPU, it has a certain gap with Samsung Exynos 4412 and Qualcomm S4 Pro APQ8064 in structure and manufacture procedure.

While the last one is the only single-core mobile phone on the rank-- Motorola RAZR i. The CPU Motorola RAZR i adopts is Intel Atom Z2460, 2.0GHz. Though it has only one core, it has dual-thread function. Therefore, its score exceeds many popular dual-core mobile phones.

Each manufacturer has different design ability of mobile phones. Except performance, the use feeling has differences either. How about the attention of these mobile phones with good performance? In another Hot Rank of AnTuTu, most of them are listed. It appears that performance is still a priority.
